Our partnership with the Carmelite Sisters for the Aged and Infirm has allowed Ozanam Hall to provide the highest quality staff and services. Skilled Nursing 

Quality of Life and quality of care go hand-in-hand at our community, where our skilled nursing and long-term care services deliver holistic care with respect for an individual’s unique needs.  

Dementia Care

We know that memory loss can be challenging and frightening for the individual and their loved ones. Our Dementia Care team provides assistance and support for residents struggling with cognitive impairment. This includes specific assistance and emotional support for residents and their families. Services include fun and intellectual brain fitness activities that focus on a holistic approach to wellness.

Hospice

Our approach to residents' care is based on the belief that they come to us with a history and values that extend beyond their current medical needs. The dignity of each person we care for is our top priority.

Palliative Care

Our Palliative Care team works together to plan and provide treatment, comfort and deliver the best possible care from the moment one is admitted and through-out their stay as needs are identified.

Pastoral Care

Pastoral Care is part of the Inter-disciplinary Palliative Care Team and End of Life Palliative Care Team and provides religious services and spiritual care to all Residents, family members and staff, regardless of their religious beliefs.

Food and Nutrition Services

Our Food and Nutrition program is designed to meet the unique nutritional needs of each resident in our care while also providing a delectable and nutritious dining experience!   

Creative Activities

Ozanam Hall Creative Activities strive to provide a caring environment that not only serves the needs of our Residents, but also stimulates their interests. Whether it is gathering in our various Craft Activities where art and painting are favorite activities, or keeping active with gardening, or exercise activities, the possibilities are many.
